Project Description

Often times the commissioning agent is called into a project after the design phase, but the design phase commissioning still needs to be completed. This project is no exception, but Pragmatic PE accommodated the extra challenge and provided design phase through acceptance phase commissioning for the entire project. The other challenge with this facility is that the original project was only a coreand-shell design. Almost two years later, Pragmatic PE worked with the tenant improvement commissioning engineer at no extra cost to the client to help integrate their commissioning activities between both phases of the project. The facility is now a high performance office building in Santa Clara.
