Project Description

Santana West is an 8 story, mixed use building located on One Santana Row West in San Jose, CA. This project consisted of an office space, industrial research and development space, and retail space with a floor area of 376,250 square feet.

Pragmatic PE provided energy efficiency direction through energy modeling and mechanical design assistance. Pragmatic PE’s Commissioning agents guided successful installation of equipment – testing functionality and energy efficiency of all the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls equipment and systems.
