Commissioning

At Pragmatic Professional Engineers, our Commissioning services are designed to ensure that all building systems perform according to the design intent and the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR).

Our team of skilled professionals work diligently to verify that major energy-using building systems (such as HVAC, lighting, water heaters, irrigation controllers) are designed, installed, and tested to deliver high performance and efficiency. We like to think of each project as a big puzzle with multiple parts, and our job is to step back to see the whole picture. We collaborate with architects, general contractors, and facility operators, as a 3rd party working directly for the Owner, from the inception of a project to a project’s completion.
