Project Description

This is a one-story building occupied by a high-tech company located in Cupertino, CA. This project consisted of a lobby, restroom, MDF, electrical room, and Network room. This project also consisted of a tenant improvement project split across two buildings adjacent to each other. The west building involves interior improvements on existing conference rooms and presentation spaces: it also includes improvements to the landscape and courtyard. The east building involves new interior renovation improvements with façade modifications. Pragmatic PE’s Commissioning agents guided successful testing and functionality of all the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls equipment and systems.
