Project Description

Light River Technologies is a company providing the next generation of network hardware and software solutions. Pragmatic Professional Engineers served on the mechanical side of a company expansion project where a new HVAC system was to be installed.

The scope of work included sizing and selecting new equipment for the newly expanded areas, as well as relocating existing equipment such as thermostats to properly serve the new areas. Engineers visited the site to generate mechanical as built drawings for the project scope. Heating and cooling loads were calculated for the new expansion. Modifications of duct distribution was indicated in drawings for the select areas of expansion.
