Our endeavor at the HI-Sierra Condominium, an 8-story residential building, was dedicated to significant plumbing upgrades. The project's scope involved replacing the building’s above-ground vent and drainage piping, addressing issues caused by aging infrastructure. A key aspect of our upgrade was enhancing the domestic water system, which included installing new shutoff valves and replacing water supply lines to various fixtures. Additionally, our team was responsible for selecting and supplying essential equipment such as an expansion tank, washing machine box, and a reduced-pressure backflow preventer. These installations were pivotal in ensuring improved efficiency and reliability for the building’s plumbing system.
