Our project at Kama'ole Sands represented a significant undertaking, involving the rejuvenation of ten 4-story residential buildings, comprising 440 condominium units, alongside a 1-story office building. The core aspect of our work centered around the replacement of all above-ground vent and drainage piping, which had become non-functional due to aging. Additionally, our team conducted a thorough inspection and replacement of all water supply shutoff valves across the extensive property. This project highlights our commitment to revitalizing and maintaining the functionality of a major residential complex, thereby ensuring the long-term well-being and comfort of its residents.

The project's scale and complexity, featuring multiple buildings and units, presented unique logistical challenges.
