Project Description
Bamboo sushi is a Portland-based sushi chain known as the world’s first fully sustainable sushi restaurant. The chain was credited by the Marine Stewardship council for his sustainability efforts in 2008.
Mechanical Engineering Design was provided for the Pier 3 location of Bamboo Sushi in San Francisco. HVAC Engineering and Design was the main scope of this project. This included designing new split system heat pumps with condensing units and ductless indoor fan coil units, as well as the make up air system and grease exhaust system.
