Project Description

This project was a part of a 4-phase tenant improvement project of an existing single floor building. The scope of work included chamber equipment installation of varying sizes which includes tenant improvements. The second area of work was an existing cold shell. The scope of work includes testing chambers, exterior chamber spaces, open office, entryway, and storage spaces. This includes some specialty and critical rooms/chambers. Pragmatic PE’s Commissioning agents guided successful testing and functionality of all the HVAC, electrical, and Building Automation Systems.
