Project Description

This tenant improvement project consisted of new interior partitions, finishes, lighting, and HVAC equipment in existing office spaces and labs. No changes were made to the use of the building, existing, or exterior. Pragmatic PE’s Commissioning agents guided the successful installation of equipment and ductwork – testing functionality and energy efficiency of all the HVAC, electrical, and Building Automation Systems.
