Project Description

This project is a phased project with three separate sections: Office, Restroom, and Production spaces. The scope of work includes new exhaust fans, new rooftop package units, demolishing old equipment and ductwork to accommodate the new layout, and re-balancing existing terminal units.

The office space includes conference space, training room, kitchen, large cafeteria space, server rooms such as IT/IDF rooms, open office space, individual phone rooms, and support spaces.

Pragmatic PE’s Commissioning agents guided successful installation of equipment and ductwork – testing functionality and energy efficiency of all the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and Building Automation Systems.
