YWCA Fernhurst is a three story low-rise residential building. The first floor of the building is composed of ancillary support spaces, a dining and lounge room, and computer room. The upper floors offer two and three bedroom & bath residential units.

Pragmatic Professional Engineers provided the Mechanical and Plumbing services for the renovation of the domestic kitchen on the firth floor.

Mechanical design included ventilation for the domestic kitchen range hood while plumbing was provided for a hand sink and bar sink.
