Project Description

Our comprehensive scope of work spanned mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler systems. Within the mechanical domain, we diligently updated supply, return, and exhaust air registers and ductwork, optimizing the overall air circulation by demolishing unnecessary components. In plumbing, we modernized cold and hot water piping and introduced new equipment like water heaters, water hammer arrestors, and trap primers for enhanced efficiency. The electrical component involves the installation of new lighting and receptacles throughout the second floor. Additionally, we have implemented an updated fire sprinkler system, further fortifying safety measures within the Maui Divers Jewelry workspace.

 Coordinating the updates across multiple systems (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler) to ensure seamless integration, synchronization between systems, and optimal performance were complex and critical in this project.
