Project Description

In this tenant improvement of the former Love’s Bakery for a 3-story building, we implemented significant upgrades across multiple systems. The project involved the installation of three new Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, one for each floor, ensuring efficient climate control throughout the building. In the warehouse and restroom areas, we integrated mushroom fans to enhance ventilation.

As part of the plumbing overhaul, we demolished existing fixtures and equipment, replacing them with new components. We implemented new domestic cold and hot water piping systems, as well as a waste and vent piping system, catering to the restrooms and break room. To further improve the amenities, we provided new electric water heaters. This comprehensive project aimed to modernize and optimize the building's HVAC, plumbing, and water heating systems, enhancing overall functionality and comfort.

Maintaining effective communication among tenants, building owners, contractors, and other stakeholders were vital. Clear communication helped in managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
