Project Description
The Fremont High School Education Options project involved the construction of two new 2-story classroom buildings with site improvements and a shade structure. Classified under occupancy type E and construction type V-B, this project was completed in 2019, adhering to Title 24 Commissioning and CALGreen codes.
Pragmatic Professional Engineers managed the commissioning through Eichler Associates Inc. for the HVAC, lighting controls, and plumbing systems for Buildings A and B. Key features of the project include:
