Project Description

The University of California (UCSF) San Francisco Parnassus center includes a 15-story hospital, ambulatory care center, and psychiatric clinics. Pragmatic Professional Engineers was procured to 3D model new hydronic heating water and chilled water supply & return piping throughout the 15th floor of the hospital. All new heating and chilled water piping was vetted through vigorous rounds of clash detection with all other trades operating on the same level. Through careful placement of the new piping systems and coordination with the other trades, Pragmatic Professional Engineers was able to minimize downtime and expedite the installation process.
