As we close out another successful quarter, Pragmatic Professional Engineers is excited to welcome three new members to our team. Each of these individuals brings a unique set of skills, experiences, and passions that will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional engineering solutions. Join us in getting to know Hassan Mokhtari and Shane Nejad.

Dr. Hassan Mokhtari, PE – Division Manager, Plumbing

Dr. Hassan Mokhtari joins us as Division Manager of Plumbing, bringing over 20 years of expertise in Project Management and the design of process, plumbing, and mechanical systems. His impressive portfolio includes diverse projects such as data centers, healthcare facilities, high-rises, pharmaceutical labs, schools, and commercial kitchens. With a deep understanding of industry codes and legal standards such as CBC, CMC, CPC, IPC, and NFPA, Hassan is dedicated to creating efficient and compliant systems tailored to each project’s unique needs.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Hassan enjoys hiking with his family and hosting BBQ gatherings. He’s a firm believer that great food and company are the perfect way to relax after a busy week. We’re thrilled to have Hassan’s extensive experience and vibrant personality on our team.

Shane Nejad – Intern, Electrical

Shane Nejad joins us as an Electrical Engineering Intern while pursuing his studies at San Jose State University. Having previously interned at I&A Engineering, Shane is eager to deepen his knowledge and contribute to our electrical engineering projects.

In his free time, Shane enjoys listening to music, working out, and attending shows. His energy and enthusiasm for learning make him a promising addition to our team.
