Grand Opening! Wondrous Brewery

We are thrilled to announce the opening of the Wondrous Brewery Company microbrewery serving downtown Emeryville, California.

This project consisted of a single story warehouse converted into a tasting room, bar, and brewery area. The major challenge on this project was fitting an entire brewery system within the spatial constraints and confined infrastructure of a small warehouse. Pragmatic PE coordinated with the client’s equipment vendors to add exhaust, steam, compressed air, and glycol chilling systems to serve fermenters, hot liquor and lager tanks, glass and keg washers, grain mills, augers, and catalytic filters to get the facility up to production.
