Project Description

Northwestern Mutual is a financial services company with advisors at the ready nationwide. Pragmatic Professional Engineers served as the firm to work on Engineering and Design for a mechanical improvement project in the Walnut Creek location.

The scope of the project involved planning for removal of existing HVAC ducts as indicated by the tenant, as well as designing new HVAC systems to replace that which was removed. Revised air distribution was properly sized and selected for the existing equipment to be reused. Equipment to be removed included return air grills, supply grilles, ductwork and VAV boxes. Replacements for the existing equipment were furnished and installed by the mechanical contractor per plan.
