Project Description

Pragmatic Professional Engineers provided the HVAC design services for this 135,00 square foot 3-story tenant improvement project. The building includes open office space, conference rooms, and a future lab space.

Design services included load calculations, equipment selection, and layout of all duct and piping distribution. Building cooling is provided by three custom rooftop air handlers. High efficiency condensing boilers provide building heating hot water supply. VRF split systems were designed to provide 24/7 cooling for all IDF/MDF spaces.

All HVAC systems were modeled in 3D BIM soware for ease in coordination with other trades and to minimize installation time in the field.
