Project Description

For Baskin Robbins at Maui Mall, our focus was on the tenant improvement of the sales area of the building. The scope of our work involved the demolition of the existing 3-compartment sink and hand sink. We successfully installed and integrated a new and improved layout featuring a three-compartment sink and new hand sinks. Our team also provided the necessary plumbing infrastructure to support the ice maker in the sales area. This project enhances the functionality and hygiene standards of the space, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with Baskin Robbins' operational needs and customer service requirements.

Effectively communicating with the tenant about the progress of the plumbing improvements, any temporary disruptions, and timelines were essential for maintaining a positive relationship and ensuring the tenant's needs are met.
